What happens after Kyoto?

It is by no means clear what will happen after Kyoto (2012) , but i will go through several of the proposals and outline my thoughts on the way ahead when i publish my next article. Sorry for keeping you (the subscribers) waiting but i have now read and summarised the 7 main reports i`m using and created a structutre for the article so thats 70% down...30% to go.
