Report of the Week:The Costs and Impacts of Intermittancy

This weeks report of the week is a bit of a nerdy one. If you have spent much time watching the energy debate currently going on around the world with regards renewable enrgy, and in perticular wind power, then you will have no doubt heard about intermittancy and how terrible it is.

This report deals with intermitancy under the current electrivcity paradigm. As i mentioned a bit techy bu interesting none the less.
