Video of the Week: Al Gore -- An Inconvenient Truth
After the NY Times special report on climate change, the Time magazine special report and a significnat amount of action at the community, city and state level it looks like Al Gore is trying to make climate change an issue at the federal level.
I hope for all our futures that he succeedes. Watch this short video, its good stuff.

ndfveI agree with Mr Gore. I suggested a solution in Applied Energy, an Elsevier Journal, in 1994. I enlarged on the details of the solution in "An End To Global Warming" Elsevier, 2002. I am working with Elsevier at this time for a revision of An End To Global Warming.

Global warming isn’t opinion. It’s a scientific reality. The science tells us that human activity has made enormous impacts to our planet that affect our well-being and even our survival as a species. The science also tells us we can begin to make significant repairs to reverse those impacts — but only through immediate action. That’s why we urge you to join us. The Stop Global Warming Virtual March is virtual but its purpose is real. By spreading the word and sharing this with others, our collective voice will be heard around the world.

There is no more important cause than the call for action to save the planet on which we live. The evidence is here. The time is now. Add your voice to the over 300,000 already marching. Join us.
By joining THE STOP GLOBAL WARMING VIRTUAL MARCH, we commit to each other that together, as our numbers grow, we will use our collective voices to demand that governments, corporations, and politicians take the steps necessary to stop global warming. Today I join this march, and I take the first step.
